Delicious Green Smoothie for Two
Smoothies are great to have for breakfast and if you have a hard time consuming greens, this is a great way to add them to your diet! This smoothie doesn’t contain any added sugars, and is full of protein, vitamins, minerals, and nutrients your body needs. I enjoy drinking this for breakfast with my husband. It’s also easy to turn it into a smoothie bowl by topping it with chia seeds, rolled oats, berries, coconut flakes, sliced almonds, pecans, or granola.
All you need is:
- 2 cups spinach
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 cup mixed frozen fruit (pineapple, peaches, and strawberries are my favorite)
- 1 orange
- 1 cup water
Instructions:
- Blend all the ingredients together until smooth.
- Portion into 2 glasses.
- Enjoy 🙂
