Banana Peach Smoothie

Do you have extra bananas? Frozen peaches? This recipe is simple, quick, and only three ingredients. I stumbled upon this recipe on a hot day when I wanted to make my daughter, Bethany, something cold and yummy. I had a lot of frozen peaches in the freezer that I needed to use up and was amazed by the delicious results! Most smoothie recipes have a long list of ingredients and it’s just not necessary.

All you need is:

  • 1 banana (fresh or frozen)
  • About 12 frozen peach slices
  • 2/3 cup of almond milk (or milk of choice)

Instructions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a high speed blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Enjoy 🙂
